Journal of Mountain Ecology
The Journal of Mountain Ecology is a peer reviewed scientific journal published by the Gran Paradiso National Park. It publishes original papers on the most diverse aspects of mountain ecology. It already published various articles on Alpine ibex and other mountain ungulates. All articles published in the Journal can be downloaded free of charge as pdf files!

IUCN Caprinae Specialist Group

The Alpine Network of Protected Areas
The Alpine Network of Protected Areas was founded in 1994 to harmonise the objectives and applicable measures in alpine protected areas. It organises regular meetings on alpine conservation issues and has formed a working group on ungulates.
